the Blanche de Namur is soft, sweet and thirst-quenching, it reveals in all simplicity its delicately acidulous flavors. Between delicacy and refinement, this Blanche de Namur invites you to discover its taste universe.
Do not wait, discover it and accompany it according to your culinary desires of meat or white fish, fine and delicate.
For history, Blanche de Namur was the daughter of Count Jean de Namur, and especially it was a princess whose beauty was only matched by its refinement. Legend has it that Magnus IV Eriksson, King of Sweden and Norway, was captivated by the beauty of the young princess as he was traveling to France in search of a bride. Thus the young princess followed the King to his Scandinavian lands and never returned to his native country. In memory of its beauty, finesse, and sweetness, Brasserie Du Bocq decided to dedicate a beer to it: the Blanche de Namur.
Its qualities and the "know-how" of the Belgian brewery earned it the distinction of the best white beer in the world in 2009.
